We want to be smart in our business. I think you've got to bring to any relationship intelligence and integrity. So that's a very powerful combination. There's something about the alchemy of intelligence and integrity that leads to success. We want to stay humble and hungry at our agency, and not get ahead of our skis.
I think the most successful entrepreneurial enterprises do a couple of things, they have at their core these things: They bravely start something. They swim upstream conceptually with an idea. They persevere. They grow and create jobs. A successful business is entrepreneurial, is always innovating. It's maybe transforming an industry, or creating a brand new one.
A takeaway is it's easier to become an entrepreneur than to remain a successful one. So there is some separation of the wheat and the chaff for the entrepreneurial journey. And I think the best entrepreneurs are assuming risk, financial risk, and making smart decisions and saying no to a lot of things, and saying yes to the other opportunities.
