As a leader, that's our responsibility, is to hire the right kind of people who are going to fit our organization and train them properly. And if someone's not fitting in and delivering the great customer service, they're just kind of there, if we can't help them get to another level, the best thing we can do is help them leave the organization and find something that's a better fit. Because all of us, with our co-workers, we deserve having everybody as a healthy team working together, and if that's not the case, it's not good for anybody on the team, and we're not going to be able to serve our customers if we don't have everyone on our team engaged.
