Interview Your Next Opportunity
Do you see the big view before deciding on an opportunity?
Molly Fletcher, founder of the Molly Fletcher Company, is one of the world’s first female sports agents - and is massively successful in her negotiations. In this video, Molly shares from her experiences to provide insights about the best approach to exploring opportunities — and successfully negotiating them. She says, “I think it's important for anybody that's going for a job or an opportunity to interview that opportunity, that person, that situation as much as they interview you.”
