Are you enabling your team to own their creativity?
Brad Wise, chief creative officer at Rebel Pilgrim Productions, explains how he encourages and engages his team to join in on the creative process.
“I very rarely have a specific idea of what the end product is going to be,” shares Brad about his ideation process. “I have a nugget of an idea and then what I try to do is have a team of different folks who I invite together and I say, ‘Here's kind of the nugget of the idea. This is your specialty in this specific thing I'm asking you to do. Let's build this together.’”

This is your specialty in this specific thing I'm asking you to do. Let's build this together."
