Watch the video to learn about the steps in detail.
And then two, be authentic in the way that… I know authenticity's kinda like an overused buzzword now, but authenticity really means that you are leading and saying and doing and acting in a way that's most real. You're not trying to copy anybody else, you're not trying to have somebody else's voice. You are actively, kind of, standing in the power of your own voice because I think now a lot of people are able to cut through what they consider to be fake. You want to listen to, you trust their judgment and I think that is where the authenticity really comes in.
And three, having some type of cadence is good. You know, if you pop up for a month and then nobody hears from you for another two months, it becomes harder for them to expect anything from you. So, it's not saying you have to spend every single day and every hour of the day on social, but having some type schedule that people know to expect is really helpful because then it kinda teaches people what to expect from you.
