Why is happiness so important is because that is really the basis of productivity, creativity, well-being, longevity, all that. But what is happiness? Happiness is when one person feels and each person has their own definition of happiness where they're fulfilling their life mission, their life purpose.

When we're going about fulfilling what the society thinks of is what we need to do or what's going to make us happy, truthfully that person is not gonna be very happy. I know this for a fact because I coach and consult with Fortune 500 leaders. And some of these people have all the things that should be making them happy. They have the money, they have the position, they have the cars, they have the houses, they have the yachts. And they have the spouse that should be giving them the happiness and they aren't. And that's because they haven't defined happiness for themselves.

Sometimes it takes a review of what truly is resonating with their soul. And that means do they want to give back in a certain way or do they want to express in a certain way. People have more than one talent. A lot of times maybe the talent that they have, that they've really manifested in business or in their lives whether it's a home career or is it a business career may be just part of all that they can be and they have neglected very big part of themselves. We're happy when we're fully expressing a potential that we know is inside ourselves.
