If we really want to push creativity and innovation, we need to have differences flourishing. So it means having different voices sitting around a table with different ways of thinking sharing ideas. So that's actually what yields diversity and inclusion of thought. In fact, what the research says to us around the brain is the way in which we intake data, sort the data, categorize the data, store the data, and the retrieve the data is driven by a number of factors including things like the culture we grew up in, our age, the environment, our gender and more. So we want people who have different brains sitting at our tables to help yield that innovation and creativity.
