Your value on your employees is higher when you can collaborate with the team in a way that allows them to have the voice and suggest their positive solutions without fear.
I think so often that leaders will say, "It's my way or the highway," or, "This is the way we're going to do things." And sometimes, as a leader, the quiet leadership works best because you allow people to come up with ideas and scenarios that you never would have thought about on your own. So embrace the differences in people. Embrace the fact that you want people to stand up to you.

Value the employees that you have working for you. Value their differences. Respect and appreciate their differences, embrace their differences and make sure that everybody has got a voice on that table when you're making some big decisions as a group.
