If it comes to the point where you've been somewhere and you feel as though it's so uncomfortable that you just absolutely don't fit in, that there's something that's not clicking, whatever it might be, I think the thing to do is not to be afraid to reach out to somebody. Hopefully, you have a mentor you can go to, a more senior person who perhaps has been in those situations, and trust me, they're out there, and that mentor would be key in giving you best practices. What do they know because they're in that lane. Let's say, it's financial, let's say, it's legal, go to the experts, go to the people who can help you, because they've probably been there as well, and there's something in that wisdom. I think too often we're afraid to ask questions and we're afraid to say, “Something seems off. How can I do this bigger?”
