Being a successful entrepreneur definitely requires commitment. It also requires complete honesty—honesty at a level that most people may or may not be accustomed to. It's honesty when the truth is not a fun topic. But being honest with people keeps them aware of where you are and where they are.

But it's also inviting honesty, and not just putting yourself in a situation where everyone's going to agree with you or applaud. But surrounding yourself with people who will be 100 percent honest with you, even when the truth may or may not be wonderful news, but that's the way that we continue to grow. And never seeing success as a destination, but as a journey, we can all grow and learn if we choose to, but it's important for us to stay committed to that path.
