Working with people, for me, and collaborating with people, to me, is helpful to my success. It's hard to be personable all by yourself, so it's really good to have somebody to play off of.
We're so polarized because we're only listening to one voice and you really can't do that these days. It's happening in offices. It's happening in families. It's happening in relationships. And it's happening… it's happening through all layers of society.
I think sometimes we all just need to take a deep breath and we just really need to pay attention. The rules are still the same, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That really is good advice that never goes out of style.
