So I think it's on the team, it's on the leadership to say, "Okay, what do we need to do to set the, from the military, the conditions and standards in such a way that this is a place people want to be." In fact you want people fighting to get there, right? I hope if I ever ran an organization outside of my time in Special Operations, I would have people trying to kick the door in to be part of that and that's what our guys are doing. They're fighting to get there. So if you don't have people kicking your door in to come, you probably should look internal on what you can do to make that happen as opposed to just hoping you can go find the right person for what you need.
