We’ve all been in scenarios where great ideas fail to come to fruition. Without the leadership skill of execution, leaders become all talk and no action. They might put a plan in place, but fail to follow through on their goals. 

Execution means to carry out or put into effect a plan, order or course of action. This means you’ve set your goals, made a plan of action and are now implementing it. Execution is the tactical, nitty-gritty work that makes up a large portion of our day-to-day. Leaders who are great executors manage their time well, set personal performance goals, never cut corners, delegate often and motivate others to perform at their best.
