Pamela utilizes the experience of her current and former leadership roles in business to help aspiring and experienced leaders understand key factors influencing virtual leadership, team development, leadership principles, and organizational conflict. She credits leadership development as one of the most influential factors in organizational success.
While completing her doctorate, Pamela formed MSPIRED, Inc., a content curation agency where she serves as the Director of Content Strategy & Development.
