Dr. Jill Guindon-Nasir has a passion for sharing best practices, implementing lessons learned and achieving sustainable results. She has over 20 years in business and has served at The Ritz-Carlton for almost 15 years. Her past positions include Area Director of Entertainment Travel and Area Director of Business Travel where she worked with VIP Celebrities, Dignitaries and CEOs. She also participated on the pre-opening teams for two hotels. Dr. Jill Guindon-Nasir received her Doctorate of Education degree from The University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School of Business-Executive Program in Work-Based Learning Leadership. Her research was in the healthcare industry: “Transferring Service Excellence Best Practices from the Hospitality Industry to the Healthcare Industry.” Because of her background in global learning and organizational change, Dr. Guindon-Nasir understands the cultural challenges institutions face and enjoys partnering with organizations on their journey to service excellence. Dr. Guindon-Nasir has also served as guest lecturer at The University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University. She is currently an adjunct faculty member for The University of Virginia, BIS program, where she teaches Organizational Change & Development, Global Leadership, International Marketing and Organizational Behavior.
